This page says what happens to information about you when you use CreatorJV. It is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email support@creatorjv.com and ask.
1. If you are just visiting this website
Two outside companies receive information about your visit.
- Microsoft Clarity records how you use the page: what you clicked, how far you scrolled, how your mouse or finger moved. It can replay that as a video of your visit. It masks what you type into form fields. It runs on this website and on go.creatorjv.com.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is told that you visited, and which page. If you later click a button to join a partner programme, Meta is told that too. This is how we know whether an advert was worth running. It runs on this website only.
Neither of them runs on app.creatorjv.com, the signed-in area. That is deliberate and it is enforced by an automated test, not by memory: the signed-in area shows bank account details, and no outside company's code is allowed to load on a page that can display them.
2. If you buy something
When a sale completes, our server tells Meta that a sale happened, for how much, and in which currency. Your email address is sent as a one-way scrambled code, not as your address. Meta can compare that code against codes it already holds, but neither Meta nor anyone reading it can turn the code back into your email address. Your name, phone number and payment details are never sent.
Your card details never reach us at all. Payment happens on Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe, on their own pages.
3. Cookies we set ourselves
When you arrive through a JV Partner's link, we store a small marker so that partner is credited if you buy. That is what the whole service does. There is a second marker that keeps you signed in, if you have an account. Clarity and Meta set their own separate cookies.
4. How to stop it
- Any mainstream ad or tracker blocker stops both Clarity and the Meta pixel. Nothing on this site breaks if you use one.
- Your Meta account settings control how Meta uses what it receives, at Settings → Your activity off Meta technologies.
- Clearing your browser's cookies for this site removes the markers described above, including the one crediting a JV Partner.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email support@creatorjv.com.
5. Other creators' pages
CreatorJV hosts sales pages for independent creators on go.creatorjv.com. Those pages are covered by section 1 above. They do not report to CreatorJV's own advertising account: a creator's customers are that creator's business, not ours.
6. If you are a JV Partner
Your account, earnings and payout details are also covered by the JV Partner terms, which describe what partners can and cannot see about the people they introduce.
7. Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. It is meant to describe what the software actually does today.
