CreatorJV JV Partner Program Terms

Version 1.0 · Last updated 8 July 2026
Effective for you on the date you accept these terms (your signup date), or the program's public launch date, whichever is later.

Welcome. You're about to become a JV Partner with the Creator. This page is the agreement between you and the Creator (operating the CreatorJV program at creatorjv.com) that governs how you refer people, how you get paid, and the few rules that keep the whole thing fair. We wrote it in plain English on purpose. Read it once; it's genuinely on your side.

By clicking "I agree", creating a JV Partner account, or sharing any CreatorJV tracking link, you accept these terms.

1. The promise: "Refer and forget"

Here's the whole deal in one breath: you send people to the Creator's free trainings; their own follow-up does the selling; when someone you introduced buys one of the Creator's program offers through the Creator's CreatorJV pages, you get paid.

You never have to sell. You never have to close. You don't need a sales script, a funnel, or a single hard conversation. Your only job is to put the Creator's free stuff in front of the right people: a free webinar, a free class, a VSL, a free PDF, a lead magnet, using your personal tracking links. From there, the Creator's email, webinars, and follow-up machine do all the work.

And when that person buys any program offer, at any price, even months or years later, the commission comes to you, because you're the one who introduced them. A program offer is a product the Creator sells through their CreatorJV sales pages and checkout; that's where every commissionable purchase happens, and it's how we can track every sale back to you reliably.

That's it. Refer, then forget. We keep the receipts.

2. Lifetime, first-touch attribution: "you introduced them, they're yours"

This is the most important promise in the program, so we're going to be very precise about it.

The first JV Partner to introduce a person (specifically, the first Partner to capture that person's email) owns that relationship for life, on every program offer they ever buy through the Creator's CreatorJV pages.

In plain terms:

  • Email is the key. The moment someone you referred gives the Creator their email (by opting in to a free training, downloading a lead magnet, registering for a webinar, etc.) through your link, that email is locked to you. From then on, you are that person's introducing Partner.
  • It's for life. There is no expiry, no 30-day cookie window, no "last click wins". Once a lead is locked to you, they stay locked to you. If they buy today, you get paid. If they buy in fourteen months, you still get paid.
  • It's on every program offer. You don't only earn on the specific thing you promoted. Once the person is yours, you earn a commission whenever they buy any program offer through the Creator's CreatorJV pages: today's offers and every future offer the program adds. (Purchases made outside the CreatorJV pages and checkout aren't part of the program and can't be tracked or commissioned.)
  • First introduction wins ("house-lead protection"). Attribution is first-touch, not last-touch. The first Partner to capture an email owns it. If someone is already in the Creator's world (already a known lead or an existing customer before any Partner referred them) they are a house lead and cannot be claimed by a Partner. You earn on people you genuinely brought in, not on people who were already here.

What counts, and what doesn't

We want you to trust the system, so here's exactly how ownership is decided:

SignalDoes it lock a lead to you?
The person's email, captured through your linkYes. This is the one and only thing that establishes lifetime ownership.
Clicks on your linkBreadcrumb only. A click helps us connect a later opt-in to you, but a click alone earns nothing until an email is captured.
Cookies on the tracking domainBreadcrumb only; they help re-connect a repeat visitor. They never, by themselves, award a commission.
Device / browser fingerprintsNever award commission. We use these only to detect fraud (see §7). They do not and cannot pay you.

If two Partners each drive a click but only one captures the email, the one who captured the email first owns the lead. Simple, permanent, and in writing.

Your privacy-and-theirs note. For your leads' protection, the portal shows you your leads with their email addresses partially masked (e.g. am••••@gmail.com). You'll see that a lead is yours, when they opted in, and when they buy. You won't get raw contact lists to export. The leads are the Creator's customers; you're credited for the introduction.

3. How you earn: commissions

When a lead who is locked to you makes a qualifying purchase, CreatorJV records a commission for you automatically.

  • Base commission rate. Your commission is a percentage of the sale amount the Creator actually collects for that product (net of the payment gateway's own currency handling; before the Creator's costs). The current launch base rate is shown in "Program settings at a glance" at the end of this document.
  • Every program offer, forever. As long as the buyer is a lead locked to you, you earn on their qualifying purchases, including repeat purchases and new offers, for the life of the account. A qualifying purchase is a purchase of a program offer completed through the Creator's CreatorJV sales pages and checkout.
  • Subscription offers and renewals. Some offers bill on a repeating schedule (for example monthly or yearly). For those, commissions on renewal payments follow the per-offer recurring policy shown on the offer (for example: first payment only, first 3 months, first 6 months, first 12 months, or every payment for life). That policy is snapshotted when the subscription starts, so a later change to the offer's policy never changes what an already-running subscription pays you.
  • Fixed-term offers. Some subscription offers sell as a fixed access term (for example 12 months) paid with a normal one-time payment, and the member renews by making a new payment when the term is ending. Commissions on those renewal payments follow the offer's recurring policy, measured from the member's original start date, exactly like the subscription renewals above.
  • You'll know instantly. The moment a purchase is recorded, you get a celebration in the app and an email from mail.creatorjv.com telling you exactly what you earned. (This is the fun part. We built a whole screen for it.)

Performance bumps (tiers)

The more you refer, the more each sale is worth. The program includes commission tiers: when your lifetime number of sales (or lifetime revenue, depending on the tier) crosses a threshold, your base rate steps up.

Two fair-play rules apply, always:

  1. Bumps are not retroactive. A higher rate applies only to sales that happen after you cross the threshold. Past commissions are never re-priced up or down.
  2. Bumps apply to your own direct sales only. Tier bumps raise your personal (level-1) rate. Team-override rates (see §4) are separate and are not changed by your tier.

Every commission stores a snapshot of the exact rate used, so what you earned on any given sale is fixed and auditable forever, even if the program's rates change later.

The current tier ladder is in "Program settings at a glance".

Fast-start bonus

To reward you for getting off the mark, your first-ever qualifying sale earns a one-time fast-start bonus on top of the commission. The current amount is in "Program settings at a glance".

4. Building a team: overrides (network marketing)

CreatorJV lets you recruit other JV Partners and earn override commissions when the people on your team make real sales. This is optional: you can earn beautifully on your own referrals and never recruit anyone. But if you want to build an army, here's how it works and where the lines are.

How overrides work

  • You invite others to join using your team / recruitment link. When someone signs up through your link, they become your downline, and you become their sponsor.
  • When a Partner in your downline makes a real customer sale, you earn an override: an extra commission calculated up the sponsor chain. Level 1 is the Partner whose lead actually bought; level 2 is that Partner's sponsor; level 3 is the next sponsor up; and so on, for as many levels as the program's current settings allow.
  • Each level has its own override rate. The current depth and rates are in "Program settings at a glance".

The rules that keep it clean and legal

Read these carefully. They're what make this a legitimate program and not a pyramid scheme:

  1. You are paid on real customer sales only. Never on recruiting. You do not earn anything for signing someone up, for the size of your team, or for anyone "joining". Overrides are generated exclusively when a genuine customer buys a genuine product. No sale, no override. Recruitment itself pays zero. This is non-negotiable and is enforced in the software, not just on paper.
  2. Your sponsor is permanent. Whoever you signed up under is your sponsor for life. Sponsor assignment is locked at signup and does not change. You cannot switch sponsors, and no one can move you, except by a rare, audited administrative correction by the Creator (for example, to fix a genuine signup error). Every such change is logged.
  3. No loops. Sponsor chains must run one direction: up. You cannot end up sponsoring someone who (directly or indirectly) sponsors you. The system blocks circular sponsorship automatically.
  4. the Creator may change the team structure going forward. the Creator may adjust the number of override levels, the override rates, and which products carry overrides, prospectively (going forward, for sales made after the change). Changes never claw back or re-price overrides you've already earned. Your existing balances are safe.
  5. Your team's earnings are their own. You earn an override on top; you never earn instead of your downline. Paying you an override never reduces what the selling Partner earns.
Not everyone earns the same, and that's honest. How much you make depends entirely on how many qualified people you introduce and how well your team performs. There are no income guarantees (see §11). Some Partners will earn a lot; some will earn nothing. That's up to the work.

5. When and how you get paid: payout schedule

We keep a precise, running balance for you in an append-only ledger. Think of it as your private bank statement inside CreatorJV. Here's the rhythm.

The 30-day hold

Every commission you earn is held for 30 days before it becomes payable. The hold exists for one honest reason: customers get refunds. The hold window lets a purchase settle so we're paying you on money that stays paid (see §6). You can watch each commission's hold count down in the app; the little ring fills as it gets closer to clearing.

  • New commission → Pending (in hold).
  • After 30 days with no refund/chargeback → Payable (yours, waiting for the next payout run).
  • After the Creator pays it → Paid.

Monthly payouts

Once a month, the Creator reviews the payout queue and pays out Payable balances that meet the minimum. Payments are made outside the app (by Paystack transfer, bank transfer, or PayPal, depending on the payout method on your account) and then marked Paid in CreatorJV with the transfer reference, so you have a receipt.

Minimum payout

To keep transfer fees sane, a currency balance is paid out only once it reaches the minimum threshold for that currency. If you're under the minimum in a given month, your balance simply rolls forward and keeps growing until it qualifies. Current minimums are in "Program settings at a glance".

Currencies: you can earn in both, separately

CreatorJV runs a dual-currency ledger. You have an independent Naira (₦) balance and an independent US-dollar ($) balance. A commission is recorded in the currency of the sale: a Naira sale credits your Naira balance, a dollar sale credits your dollar balance.

  • No automatic conversion. We never silently convert one currency into another. Your ₦ balance and your $ balance accrue, hold, and pay out separately.
  • If a currency is converted at payout, the Creator enters the exchange rate manually at that time and the exact rate used is stored on your payout receipt, so you can always see how a cross-currency payment was calculated. We never apply a hidden or assumed rate.

Your payout details, and taxes

  • Keep your payout method and details accurate in your account. Payments that fail or bounce because of wrong details are re-queued once corrected; CreatorJV isn't responsible for losses caused by details you entered incorrectly.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes. Commissions are gross of any income tax, VAT, or other taxes that may apply to you. You handle your own tax obligations in your own country. the Creator may request basic tax/identity information where required by law before paying out.
  • You must be legally able to receive these payments in your country. If a jurisdiction makes it unlawful for us to pay you, we can't.

6. Refunds, chargebacks & clawbacks

This is the flip side of the 30-day hold, and we want it stated plainly so there are no surprises.

  • If a customer is refunded, the related commission is reversed ("clawed back"). Because you're paid on money the Creator actually keeps, a refunded sale doesn't earn a commission. If the refund happens during the hold, the pending commission is simply voided before it ever pays. If it happens after you've already been paid, the clawed-back amount is deducted from your next balance/payout.
  • Partial refunds are clawed back proportionally. If half the sale is refunded, roughly half the commission is reversed, calculated on the same integer, round-once basis as the original commission.
  • Chargebacks and payment disputes are treated the same way as refunds: the commission is held or reversed until the dispute resolves.
  • Team overrides follow the sale. If a sale is refunded, every commission tied to it is reversed: the level-1 commission and every override up the chain. Overrides only ever exist on sales that stick.
  • Negative balances. If a clawback leaves a balance below zero, it nets against your future earnings in that currency. We don't chase you for it; it simply reduces what you're paid next.

None of this is a penalty. It's the same principle as the hold: you get paid on real, kept revenue.

7. Fraud & prohibited conduct

The program only works if referrals are real. The following are prohibited and will trigger a review, a hold on affected commissions, and, if confirmed, reversal of those commissions and possible suspension or termination (see §10). CreatorJV flags these for a human review; we don't auto-ban, but confirmed abuse is not paid.

You may not:

  • Refer yourself. No buying through your own link, and no funneling your own purchases (or those of accounts, emails, or households you control) through your referrals to harvest commission. This includes lightly-disguised variants of your own email (dots, +tags, aliases). Self-referral is detected and auto-held.
  • Stuff cookies or fake introductions. No dropping tracking links/cookies on people who never chose to click, no forced/hidden redirects, no iframes or scripts that fire your link without a real visit, and no trying to "claim" leads who are already in the Creator's world (house leads).
  • Flood clicks or fabricate leads. No bots, click farms, auto-clickers, or fake/temporary email sign-ups to inflate your numbers. Suspiciously fast click-to-purchase patterns and volume spikes are reviewed.
  • Spam. No unsolicited bulk email, SMS, WhatsApp blasts to purchased lists, comment spam, or any promotion that violates the rules of the platform you're posting on or anti-spam law. Every share must be something a reasonable person would welcome.
  • Bid on or impersonate the brand deceptively. No running paid ads on "the Creator" / "CreatorJV" brand terms in a way that hijacks the Creator's own traffic, no fake "official" pages, no pretending to be the Creator or CreatorJV, and no using a domain or handle designed to confuse people into thinking you're the official brand.
  • Mislead to get the click. No false claims, fake scarcity, fake testimonials, doctored income screenshots, or promises the Creator hasn't made. If the Creator didn't say it, don't put words in their mouth.
  • Deal within your own downline. No arranging for your recruits to buy through each other, or building rings of accounts that recruit and "sell" to one another to manufacture overrides. This is downline self-dealing and it's treated as fraud. (Circular sponsorship is blocked automatically; see §4.)

If a commission is under review, it stays held (not lost) until the review finishes. Honest Partners have nothing to fear here. This section exists to protect your earnings from people trying to game the pool.

8. Honesty & disclosure

We ask you to be the kind of Partner people trust, and the law agrees with us.

  • Disclose that you earn a commission. When you recommend the Creator's trainings or products, make it clear you're a JV Partner who may be paid if people buy. A simple, honest line is enough, e.g. "I partner with the Creator and may earn a commission if you buy through my link." Follow the advertising and endorsement rules that apply where you and your audience are.
  • Only make claims that are true and that the Creator supports. Promote the free trainings and the real value. Don't invent results, don't guarantee income, don't fake urgency.
  • Respect people's inboxes and platforms. Honor unsubscribe requests, follow each platform's rules, and never present spam as a referral.

Being upfront isn't a tax on your earnings. It's what makes referrals convert. Trust is the product.

9. Ranks, contests & incentives, and keeping them fair

CreatorJV includes a rewards layer: ranks and badges you earn from your lifetime results, contests and sprints with prize tables and live leaderboards, occasional double-commission windows, an onboarding quest, and a weekly coaching digest. Here's the fairness part:

  • Ranks and rewards are based on real, kept sales, the same clean numbers everything else uses. Refunded/clawed-back sales don't count toward ranks, contest standings, or bonuses.
  • Contests have clear rules. Each contest publishes its dates, the metric it measures, and its prize table before it runs. Standings are computed from real activity in the contest window.
  • Anti-gaming applies to incentives too. Any conduct from §7 disqualifies the affected activity from ranks, leaderboards, and prizes. Prizes for disqualified or reversed activity are voided.
  • the Creator runs the contests. the Creator decides which contests run, the prizes, and the timing, and may adjust or cancel a contest if it's being abused or was set up in error. Prizes are paid into your ledger as an adjustment (or noted as an in-kind prize) once a contest closes.

Ranks, badges, and leaderboard placements are recognition. They are not a promise of future earnings and carry no cash value except where a contest explicitly attaches a prize.

10. Suspension & termination

  • You can leave anytime. Close your account whenever you like. Any commissions already Payable and above the minimum will be paid out on the normal schedule; commissions still in hold clear normally unless they're reversed by a refund. Once you leave, you stop earning new commissions and your leads are no longer tracked to you going forward.
  • the Creator can suspend or remove a Partner who breaches these terms, especially the fraud (§7) and honesty (§8) sections. Where possible we review first and give you a chance to explain; clear or repeated abuse can lead to immediate suspension, forfeiture of commissions tied to the abuse, and closure of the account.
  • Forfeiture is limited to what's tainted. We reverse commissions connected to prohibited conduct. Clean commissions you legitimately earned before a breach are still paid.
  • Dormant accounts. the Creator may close accounts that never complete signup approval or that show no activity for an extended period; genuine earned balances above the minimum are paid out first where we can reach you.

11. The honest fine print

  • You're an independent Partner, not an employee. Joining CreatorJV doesn't make you an employee, agent, franchisee, or legal partner of the Creator. You can't sign contracts, incur costs, or make promises on the Creator's behalf. You run your own promotion, your own way, at your own cost.
  • No income guarantee. Nothing here promises you'll earn any specific amount, or anything at all. The 12-month earnings projections, leaderboards, and examples in the app are illustrations based on activity, not guarantees. Your results depend on your effort and your audience.
  • The program can evolve. the Creator may add, change, retire, or re-price products and free assets, change which products carry commissions, and adjust program mechanics going forward. We aim to give notice of material changes (see §12), and changes never re-price commissions you've already earned.
  • Service is provided "as is". We work hard to track every referral accurately, but we can't promise the software, links, or emails will be error-free or uninterrupted at every moment. If a genuine tracking error costs you a commission you clearly earned, tell us (§13) and the Creator will make it right where the records support it. That's the spirit of the program.
  • Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, the Creator's total responsibility to you under this program is limited to the commissions properly owed to you. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost opportunities, etc.).
  • Governing terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, where the Creator operates, without forcing you to give up any mandatory protections you have at home.

12. Changes to these terms

  • When we make a material change (for example, to rates, hold length, minimums, override depth, or the fraud rules), we'll update this page, bump the version and date at the top, and notify active Partners by email from mail.creatorjv.com and/or in the app.
  • Changes apply going forward. New rates and rules affect activity after the change takes effect. Commissions you've already earned are locked to the terms and the rate snapshot in place when you earned them. They are never re-priced.
  • Continuing means accepting. If you keep sharing your links or keep your account open after a change takes effect, you're accepting the updated terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account (§10) and your already-earned, qualifying balance is paid out normally.

13. Questions & contact

Anything unclear, or think a referral wasn't tracked correctly? Reach out. We'd rather fix it than have you wonder.

  • In-app: Account → "Get help".
  • Email: the support address published on creatorjv.com and in your welcome email (sent from mail.creatorjv.com).

We keep the records; if the records support you, the Creator will make it right.
